Our hiring process

Submit your resume via our hiring tool, Talentlyft, to ensure a seamless experience.

1. Initial call

A 30 to 60 min conversation with the responsible recruiter to get to know each other and learn more about SPS.

2. Expert interview

A deep dive call with your future manager or with a technical peer focusing on role-specific expertise and expectations.

3. Final round

The final stage may include a take-home task that you present back to us. This step will depend on the role and will be shared with you in the initial call with HR.

4. Decision stage

We place real value on creating a thoughtful recruitment process that ensures a strong mutual fit. We aim to keep you informed throughout and provide personal, meaningful feedback on decisions.
